NORTH FOND DU LAC WATER RATES - Residential

Service Charges - Water  (Residential meters)                                         

5/8 inch meter               $22.28
¾ inch meter                 $22.28

Water Usage Charges:   $2.39 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer Service Charges:   $48.55 per quarter  (Residential meters)

Sewer Usage Charges:    $9.01 per 1,000 gallons

 

Refuse Charges:  A quarterly charge for refuse collection may appear on your utility bill. The fee structure is as follows:

  • 40 gallon garbage container -  no charge

  • 60 gallon garbage container -  $10.00 per quarter

  • 90 gallon garbage container -  $15.00 per quarter

Stormwater Charges: $14 per quarter, divided into SR, SF and SA.  SR is the base charge or service charge, and represents 30% of your storm water charges. The second charge, SF, is for the flow part of the storm water and represents 35% of the storm water charges. This deals with the quantity of water coming off your property and deals with flood control measures or detention pond construction. The last part, SA, is for quality and represents 35% of the storm water charges.
