Rental Information

The Village of North Fond du Lac offers three park shelters and our community center for citizens to rent for their special event, such as a family reunion, graduation party or a fun get-together! Park facilities may be rented May 1^st- October 31^st each year, and our Community Center has two rooms available year-round. Reservations will be accepted one year in advance of the date requested by calling 920.929.3765. All reservations require a completed Rental Agreement, Liquor Liability form, and payment within one week of reservation.

Rental Agreements:

Community Center/Senior Center:

The Community Center has two rooms available for rent. The Senior Center is the smaller of the two holding about 30-40 people. This room does have a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and small counter space. Combined Hall is a larger room holding 150-200 people and includes a full kitchen. There is a charcoal grill outdoors and a playground.

Parks For Rent:

Optimist Park - 1744 Park Ridge Lane - Offers a shelter with canvas curtains for protection from bad weather, playground equipment, gazebo, fishing pond, charcoal grill, restrooms attached to the shelter and off-street parking.

LeMieux Park - 131 North Street - Offers a pavilion, charcoal grill, playground equipment, basketball courts and onsite restrooms.

Village Park - 200 Winnebago Street - Offers a large pavilion with kitchen (sink, refrigerator, and counter space) charcoal grill, playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. Restrooms are on site at the concession stand west of the pavilion. It does include off-street parking.
